Recrutăm un Finance & Controlling Head pentru o companie multinaţională foarte cunoscută în domeniul serviciilor. Noul FCH va fi responsabil pentru managementul financiar al companiei, coordonând activităţile din această zonă (FP&A, management reporting RAS + IFRS, billing, pricing, risk, treasury, etc). Jobul este în Bucureşti, poziţia raportează ieriarhic către Country Manager şi funcţional către HQ European. Are în subordine o echipă de 5 persoane. Condiţiile de lucru, salariul şi beneficiile sunt cele aşteptate de la o corporaţie multinaţională cu afaceri foarte mari și solide în România. Candidaţii trebuie să aibă experienţă managerială relevantă în domeniu şi să vorbească bine limba engleză. Certificările internaţionale în domeniul financiar vor aduce un avantaj semnificativ.
Job role
- Responsible for P&L, balance sheet and all Finance and Controlling related areas
- Ensures the overall profitability, financial planning and target setting, management of financial risks, management reporting, accountable for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations for financial closing process and is responsible for the financial safeguarding of our assets.
- Leads the Finance and Controlling team, act as a Business Partner in all finance matters by developing and executing the finance and pricing strategy for Romania, in support of the overall business priorities in line with the global finance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day financial operations, such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Billing, Pricing and Controlling. Responsible for Accounting (statutory, IFRS), Tax (VAT, CIT, withholding tax) and treasury. Root cause analysis of revenue, operating costs and EBIT variances to plan and projections
- Responsible for reporting to local authorities and to Headquarter Providers’ relationship management for services pertaining to tax preparation, auditing,
- banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. Representation of the entity in front of external stakeholder (e.g. auditors, authorities)
- Lead the Planning Dialogue (process) and contribute to Strategic Dialogue
- Manage profitability by taking relevant means; together with operation and transformation function ensure internal productivity gains are being realized and provide insightful information and expectations to senior managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision makingnce and Controlling
- Implement framework for price calculations for global products and services (e.g. rate cards) and take accountability for compliance with Group rules and external regulations.
- Set framework and standards for internal charges (e.g. internal overhead allocation), drive best practice sharing, efficiency increases, standards setting and harmonization
- Provide leadership and manage the Finance and Controlling team in Romania.
Requirements
- Master in finance or economics
- +5 years experiences in the finance industry and team leadership reference
- MBA, CFA or CPA highly desirable
- Strong ability at interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement
- Business English fluently
