We are recruiting an HR Manager for a major European FMCG company. The new HRM will report to Group HR Director in Europe and the local General Manager. The job is located in Bucharest.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure the structures and operating models continue to reflect the needs of the business as it grows and evolves
- Be a trusted advisor to the Group HR Director Europe and other relevant business peers
- Understand what good performance looks like, continually benchmarking against external talent and emerging trends
- Implement a climate of learning within each department
- Have a finger on the pulse in all area of the business anticipating problems before they arise
- Responsible for generalist HR advice and support including the delivery of HR cyclical activity (with the help of the local team)
- Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience is delivered providinf candidates with the best possible experience
- Drive and measure relevant people interventions and initiatives
- Ensure an accurate and timely administrative provision is in place for corporate employees
- Help build relevant frameworks for culture, engagement, leadership, talent and change management
- Design and facilitate team and leadership events
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR proactively identifying ways for the function to work smarter including bringing external trends and data insight to the HR SMT for discussion.
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong business acumen.
- Substantial HR BP experience and relevant understanding of FMCG industry
- Proven ability to use data and insight to effectively diagnose people opportunities and issue
- Strong influencing skills utilised to guide and enable their stakeholders and not to control them
- Previous experience partnering multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience optimising processes and ways of working
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
