Our new hire will be taking over a large portofolio of B2B clients in the Transilvania region, being incharge with:
Developing sales via new customers
- identifying the requirements of these potential customers and the possible solutions for them;
- investigating the viability of potential clients from a commercial and financial perspective;
- coordinating and participating in the drawing up of technical and commercial offers;
- negotiating offers and sales contracts;
- supervising the implementation of investment projects;
- conducting promotional activities for the products and services offered by the company.
Managing and developing sales to existing customers
- establishing and developing long-term partnership relationships with customers, maintaining permanent contact during all stages of the sales process, throughout the term of a contract and afterwards;
- responsibility for tracking and collecting debts in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the contracts;
- responsibility for the proper management of all market, customer, contract, competition information in his/her domain and for completing periodical reports (weekly report, CRM etc.)
Developing relationships with and indirect sales
- identifying and attracting new distributors into the company’s distribution network;
- ensuring the development of the customer portfolio of the distributors;
- ensuring the permanent compliance of the distributors with the company’s policies and practices.
Job-specific requirements:
- university degree, technical fields;
- minimum 3 years minimum experience in the sale of industrial products;
- very good customer communication and networking capacity, distributive attention, significant detail sense, fast decision-making capacity;
- energetic personality, positive mindset, courtesy and efficiency;
- willingness to travel in the assigned region;
- advanced English knowledge.
