Ce se va intampla cu piata locurilor de munca in 2010, se va mai dezgheta sau, din contra, ofertele vor fi si mai putine? Care sunt factorii care vor determina aceasta situatie?
Aproape toti cei cu care am discutat pana acum sunt(em) de acord ca piata muncii va scadea si mai mult cel putin in prima jumatate a lui 2010 si ca revenirea, daca va incepe in 2010, va fi lenta si lunga (2-3 ani). Aceasta stare de lucruri e determinata in foarte mare masura de situatia politica si in mica masura de factorii externi, cum ar fi criza, pietele internationale, contextul politic si economic general in Europa, schimbarea climei etc. Cu alte cuvinte, aproape toate parghiile sunt in mainile politicienilor, din pacate.
Care sunt domeniile catre care ar trebui sa se indrepte cei care sunt in cautarea unui loc de munca, unde estimati ca vor exista cele mai multe oferte? Care sunt, din contra, domeniile care vor ramane inghetate si pe parcursul lui 2010?
De cand a venit criza – si situatia asta va continua cel putin in prima jumatate a anului viitor – firmele din TOATE domeniile au oprit recrutarile. S-au mai facut, si se vor face in continuare, recrutari PUNCTUALE: poti spune ca firmele X sau Y au mai facut recrutari (marea majoritate de inlocuire, aproape deloc joburi noi) insa nu poate nimeni sa spuna ca se fac recrutari mai multe intr-un domeniu sau altul. Prin urmare doar firmele care au reusit mai bine sa se descurce cu criza mai fac cateva recrutari, insa din cate stiu eu astea sunt raspandite aproape uniform prin domeniile de activitate. Chiar daca unele domenii sunt mult mai afectate decat altele (auto, real estate, constructii) din cauza numarului foarte mic de recrutari la nivel global diferentele astea nu sunt foarte relevante.
Care ar fi “portretul-robot” al unei persoane care are cele mai mari sanse sa isi gaseasca sau sa-si schimbe locul de munca in 2010 – domeniu, varsta, salariu, experienta?
Daca intrebarile 2 si 3 ar fi avut un raspuns de genul celui sugerat chiar de acele intrebari, atunci s-ar fi putut face cate un mic profil pentru fiecare domeniu de activitate. Asa, insa, cand pozitiile si firmele angajatoare sunt atat de aleatorii, probabil ca vor exista cam tot atatea “portrete-robot” cate joburi disponibile. O remarca: sansele cuiva care incearca sa-si gaseasca un job in alt domeniu decat cel in care are o experienta relevanta sunt mult mai mici decat inainte de criza. Atunci, fiindca era greu de gasit oameni buni (in sensul ca raportul calitate/ pret (salariu) sa fie cat-de-cat rezonabil) in aproape orice domeniu, multe firme erau obligate sa ia in calcul si candidati cu experienta in alte domenii sau fara experienta deloc. Acum, ca presiunea pe angajatori a disparut, nu mai are nimeni de ce sa isi asume un asemenea risc, de vreme ce se gasesc destui oameni buni disponibili pe piata in fiecare domeniu.
