As avea nevoie de o informatie in ceea ce priveste posibilitatea de a cauta o pozitie in Romania fara a fi fizic acolo… In prezent ma aflu in Montreal, dar ma voi intoarce in Bucuresti in luna noiembrie, cel mai tirziu decembrie. Profesia mea este de specialist in Project/Change Management, am un master in domeniu si o experienta de cinci ani ca Project Manager/Project Control Specialist, cu engleza/franceza perfect (locuiesc de cinci ani intr-un oras bilingv 🙂 ). Evident, ideal pentru mine ar fi ca tranzitia peste ocean sa aiba loc cit mai simplu si, daca este posibil, fara interuperi. Cunoscind abordarea unor astfel de situatii pe piata muncii din Romania, care credeti ca este calea ideala de urmat: sa incep sa aplic de acum pentru pozitii existente pe piata, cu precizarea ca eu nu pot fi disponibila inainte de luna decembrie sau sa astept pina cind ajung in Romania? Sa nu-mi spuneti ca este o intrebare idioata (da, m-a cam speriat limbajul dumneavoatra in anumite cazuri – cred ca am devenit cam “soft” dupa niste ani petrecuti prin tari straine 🙂 ) – ma gindesc ca acele companii care cauta specialisti au nevoie de ei cit se poate de repede si n-as vrea sa ma lansez intr-un demers inutil (timp irosit pentru mine si pentru celalalt). Pe de alta parte, stiu ca sint un candidat atractiv, care merita asteptarea 🙂 si care – fara a-si intrerupe cariera – isi va pastra focusul, in timp ce pentru mine avantajul este evident… Care este sfatul dumneavoastra?
