Poate functiona la noi modelul acesta din Suedia? Un mesaj din partea Doamnei Therese Hydén, Ambasadoarea Suediei in Romania (foto), care m-a rugat sa-l transmit mai departe, catre toti cei interesati:
”The corona virus has already led to massive numbers of persons losing their job or risking to be laid off here in Romania, as well as in my own country Sweden. At the same time, the need is increasing for retail, pharma, healthcare, online shopping of goods, packaging and delivery, among many others. In this field, companies in Sweden have tried to help each other by lending personnel from a business that has difficulties to retain their staff, to another business that temporarily needs more workers. This idea came up when I discussed with Swedish companies present here in Romania, which are eager to help creating smart solutions in this crisis situation. Hopefully this solution could be tried also in Romania and help avoid people loosing their jobs. Obviously companies will need to have legal certainty and the workers must be properly taken care of. It would be excellent if you have the possibility to check with lawyers and the business community to see whether a model or similar could be worked out.”
Din punct de vedere tehnic, e foarte simplu de construit o platforma in care cei care au nevoie temporara de forta de munca suplimentara sa se inscrie si sa spuna de ce au nevoie. Nu cred ca ar fi o idee buna sa se inscrie si cei care isi ofera angajatii, ci acestia sa-i contacteze direct sau prin intermediari pe cei care au nevoie si apoi sa discute conditiile.
Asadar, ATI FOLOSI UN ASTFEL DE SISTEM?
Oricum, inainte de orice altceva, trebui clarificat daca din punct de vedere legal in acest moment e posibil ca firmele sa isi “vanda” temporar prin contract o parte din forta de munca, dat fiind ca nu au asa ceva in obiectul de activitate, si s-ar putea trezi cu ANAF-ul la usa. Si ar putea sa fie dificil, din punct de vedere legal, chiar prin intermediari. Ca sa fie mai clar, oamenii raman angajati unde sunt, nu se muta la cealalta firma, doar se factureaza costul lor pe perioada agreata. Ii rog, asadar, pe specialistii in legislatie sa trimita niste puncte de vedere ca sa vedem cum trebuie abordat proiectul si ce trebuie facut mai departe.
Daca ideea vi se pare buna si exista interes, putem vorbi cu cei din guvern sa gaseasca o solutie pentru ca asa ceva sa fie demarat si sa functioneze in deplina legalitate. Si poate ca ar putea sa continue si dupa situatia de urgenta, mie mi se pare ca toata lumea ar avea de castigat din aplicarea ei pe termen lung.
Mai bine ar fi atenta ambasadoarea aceia la “modelul romanesc”!

N-avem si noi manageri, ca si ei? Avem! Exista diferente fundamentale intre modurile noastre de a face business? Nu! Avem si noi suedejii nostri? Da!
Ba inca, noi avem si credinta in Dumnezeu. Deci poate functiona chiar mai bine.
