They are highly effective when the requirement is to cover the market in both breadth and depth, in a time and cost effective way.
Recruitment Campaigns: involve multiple recruitments over an extended period of time (often up to twelve months), when the need is to open up a pipeline to the skills needed to support the ongoing growth or start-up of a business.

We devise, implement and manage an approach to identify, assess and select Candidates over a period of time, introducing them to the Client as required. Why a third party?
